Are there any court cases re: creationism (I.D.) vs evolution that the court found for creationism?

what i'm also interested is are there any court cases on creationism vs evolution that do NOT take place on some farm states? are there any such court cases that actually take place in a "modern" city of decent population, like New York, Chicago, San Francisco... you know, the cities where people from other countries actually go to lol
