Feeding my Salmon Boa...please give input!?

My snake was supposed to eat last night, and we feed her frozen then thawed out rats and she wouldn't eat even though we tried for like 4 hours to get her to eat it, so finally we gve up and put her back in her tank and put the rat in a plastic bag in the fridgerator. Would it be ok to feed her that same mouse today or is it bad gone bad you think?
