"I Dream of Jeannie" decorating ideas?? Especially the jewel walls of her bottle!?

I am a college student preparing to redecorate my room next year as an "I Dream of Jeannie" theme. I'm a huge fan :) but I also love the style. I am trying to mimic the inside of her bottle as much as possible. I love the design on the interior of her bottle and want to find a way to create that same design with the glitter and jewels. I cannot paint the walls, so I was thinking of making a tapestry type thing. Instead of the room being purple and pink, I'm going for a turquoise genie bottle look. However, I'm including several other colors like pink, orange, yellow, and green. Does anyone have any ideas for a college student on a tight budget?? Thanks!
