How and where do all the data of the INTERNET gets stored and does it have a LIMIT?

Probably been asked countless times already but, with all the websites and every person on Earth's tons of user data growing every single second, how does the internet keep the bandwidth altogether and just where do they get stored and how? In the biggest hard drive imaginable or some sort of an artificial intelligence being kept by the Pentagon in U.S.?
