How to know whether I am losing weight or not (without weight balance)?

Without a scale, you wont be able to fully tell unless you can measure yourself with measuring tape. Also, to lose fat, you need to do strength traning before a ton of cardio, as if you jump right into cardio, then you will burn muscle. Do like 5 weeks of intense strenght training and a little bit of cardio, and then after 5 weeks, do a ton of cardio.
