I just stretched ears?

i just stretched my ears from a 16 to an 8. its only been about 3 days but i bought these really beautiful spirals that i want to put in. they dont hurt at all. but the spirals are gl an im worried theyll irritate my ears. or if i take out my little plugs theyll close up really quickly before i have time to put the spirals in
