Is it ok to put peroxide on the Labia Minor?

I noticed an irritating itch around my Labia Minor & Labia Major a few days after i got my period...so i scratched it i couldnt help myself...so i went to the doctor for a PAP an she told me evrything looked fine..so my mom suggested Vagisil cream along with the vagisil cream i started to douche with a medicated iodine made for itching an irritation which i was having..after about 7 days of using that it started to calm down so i discontinued the use of the douche...remind u i am currently ually active...but i always use condoms...anywho about a week ago the itch came back...after the itch & me trying to resist to not scratch i gave in & scratched the itch and started the use of vagisil and caladryl lotion it helped for a while but still itched which resolved into a minor burning sensation i got fed up today and shaved all the pubic hair off thinkin that caused the itch cleaned myself really good and patted Peroxide down there it really burned...now im noticin that my Labia Minor & Major are very swollen so i put more vagisil on it, it calmed it down but...is this normal? What should i do?
