Middle east in uproar?

I know the middle east has always been at loggerheads, but it seems to be spiralling out of control. Does anyone believe world war three could start within the region. I mean iran threatning israel and the west. China, turkey, syria and all muslim nations condeming israel. I used to think america would cause a world war, but the more i read about irans capability as a nuclear state, i am sure it will be them....
