Could i lose weight doing this?

This workout will help you gain strength, and lose body fat, as long as you increase the amount of exercise you do and decrease the amount of calories you intake. If your mum makes unhealthy meals; maybe suggest that you could cook your own meal or a meal for the family. it is good to drink plenty of water throughout the day as it will flush out the nasty toxins in your body and cranberry juice will also help you lose weight :) you could also pack your own lunch for school and ask your mum if she can replace fatty ingredients with healthier ones etc. it all depends on how well you stick to your diet and exercise if you wanted to weigh 130 by the summer. hope this helped!!! :)
