Do people in England, the Middle East and China and Japanese have?

different accents like Americans? In the US we have people in New York that speak differently than people in Texas and Minnesota and Hawaii. It seems each state has it's own accent. I was wondering if people in the Eastern hemisphere have different accents from each other according to which part of the country they live in.
