I have this idea that most women are trust worthy, s?

I feel like woman are not very loyal, like if they find someone cooler, or more charming then me they want him and are always looking to upgrade. Honestly I hate to feel this way but so many things reinforce it in my life, in my friends lives so now I have this complex... what can I do to get over this?
