I like this girl, i need help on how to get her? help!?

alright check it, theres this girl in my homeroom cl that i think is real cute. i talk to her on aim when shes on and stuff, she sits by herself at homeroom while i sit with other people. i have told her before that i was gonna come talk to her one day and i havent yet. and she asked me why i havent... i dont know really what to say to her if i was to go talk to her. i do like her and i dont know where to go from here on how to get her. can anyone help me out? alright thanks alot
