My son was born @ 28 wks n is in the Nicu w/ Gastro reflux n wil b comin hme with a j tube for 2yr sould i qu?

born @ 28 wks and is in the Nicu he has been in the Nicu for about three months and i was planning to take a month out of work when he comes home becuse i really cant afford leaving my job. but now they told me about him having a j tube that could be in place for the most three yrs should i quit to stay home with him??
