Please help! Does he love me? But he confuses me so much!?

I guess that due to the fact that he's used to being single, he's just a little confused. He's getting used to having a girl around and what and what not to do with her. Just give him some time, let him do what he wants, Im sure he'll be clear in no time. Good Luck :)
