Why did this Democrat party chairman blame Martha Coakley's loss to Scott Brown on President George W. Bush?

They can't/won't admit that it's Obama's crap policies and Obama-care that are at fault. Nazi Pelosi really doesn't get it when she indicates that they are moving ahead. What an @ss!
