How do you like your tax dollars being used for an instant profit for Kuwaitis, Saudis & other foreigners?

Wallstreet is licking their chops, the money is almost in their greedy little hands. Lets hope Congress gets stopped by cooler heads. I also hope they read the bill before they vote!
