In a resume... what should i put under activities/interest?

I was told not to include this part in all my seminar cles, because for example: say if you put you like golf. But the person reviewing the applications hates golf. Then she/he would hold that against you! And that would be a few negative points for you. Resume reviewing is not supposed to be biased, but it is. Just like everything else in society is. I would instead include a section about clubs and awards you have one.
