I understand that in school, some strict rules need to be put in place and that in order to actually give students and education a "dictatorship" usualy must exist in a clroom but today I was reading about a student running for a cl office who posted something online about the teachers at her school calling them "s". Yes, she shouldn't be using language like that but when school officials found out about this they told her she could no longer run for a cl office. The student took the case to court but the court ruled against her. She is now fighting the decision in a higher court. My problem with all this is that if the courts rule against her again, this is going to send (in my opinion) a very bad message to all students in schools everywhere. A ruling against her will basicaly be saying that you are not aloud to speak your mind and if you do, you will not be allowed to participate in the democratic process. How to house train my female Chihuahua?

I got Reecie about 5 months ago. She was an outside doggie then. We brought her home that day an started house training her. We would keep an eye on her and take her out when she needed to go. She learned quickly, within one week. She did good for about two months, then I took in a rescue female Chi. She was housetrained, but older, so she needed puppy pads. Reecie then started using them too. When our rescue went to her forever home, we took away the puppy pads. She did fine for a while, then started pottying in the house. So we told her no, then praised her when she pottied outside. She still didn't get better. So we put the puppy pads down again. She used those for a while then quite that too. We thought she maybe was doing this to get attention so we started showing her tons of affection ALL THE TIME.... It still isn't helping she's sneaky too, she waits until I go in the other room then hurries and pottys. What can I do? I've tried everything!!!! Thank you all in advance. :)

I met this guy a couple weeks ago and we had a really good time. We haven't had but we did fool around a couple times. I am confused. So the other day I sent him a text saying "come hang out with me tonight, i'll buy you a drink, homework can wait till sunday :)" and he texted me back hours later "eek i want to, but i have a midterm on tuesday, and a paper due, and a something else due". He goes to a university and is very one track minded, so I understood that he was busy. But this was the second weekend I invited him out and both times he was busy with homework. I texted him "k, well then you have to make it up to me by tapering my jeans haha jk". However a couple hours later i also texted him "i like hanging out with you, if im bombarding you with texts you gotta lemme know, im such a texter! haha dont be so polite!". I'm a really honest person, I just dont know if I messed up everything with this guy by saying that. Have I ruined the line of communication with this guy? I don't want to seem too desperate. About 8-9 years ago I've seen this pretty good psychological horror film with my cousin, but we don't remember the title and I really want to re-watch it, as it was pretty good (at least that's how I remember it. I think the main character, a woman psychologist or smth like that is going to her cabin (it's winter time) with her husband and younger sister. I should say there was no famous actors in the movie, at least I think it was lesser known actors. When she gets to the cabin, she catches husband and sister having . This is where the plot thickens and I have holes in my memory, but I remember there are burglairs, and they come on snow scooters and terrorise the trio, making the husband and sister have again in front of the main character. I think everyone dies except the main character, and it later turns out that there were no burglair-criminals, but when she saw them having she had a freak-out and imagined the whole thing and killed them, there's a guy talking in her head, she has visual hallucinations. Anyway, at the end she cuts off her finger with some sort of tool cause the guy she hallucinates tells her to and that's how it ends. Thanks in advance! ;)

Did you report the phone being stolen to the principal since it was stolen at school? I know teachers are annoyed with mobile phones at school and say its at your own risk etc, however they must investigate it and you should insist on calling the police in (if they don't do it, you should). You will have a much better chance getting the phone back if the police arrive at the school and start asking questions. There is a good chance someone will give the thief up. I was told not to include this part in all my seminar cles, because for example: say if you put you like golf. But the person reviewing the applications hates golf. Then she/he would hold that against you! And that would be a few negative points for you. Resume reviewing is not supposed to be biased, but it is. Just like everything else in society is. 93 Prelude, One day the clutch just stopped working, i found the pivot bolt that centers the fork had broken. I replaced it but now with the engine running and the clutch pressed it will not go into gear. I can turn the ignition off press the clutch pedal, start the engine and the car will jump forward as it starts. No air in lines, and the clutch fork moves in the proper manner when the pedal is pressed (full movement) Does this mean the clutch is bad?

Ok, I am balancing a daysheet or record of charges and receipts like in a doctor's office. I have filled out all the ledgers and recorded all of my payments and charges on the end of the day, daysheet. Everything is balanced correctly I believe. I am down to the proof of posting and did that. I also did the accounts receivable control. My question is: on the accounts recievable proof I need to know how to find the number for accts rec 1st of the month. I can't for the life of me figure out how to find that figure. This is what my book is telling me to do. In the Accounts Receivable Proof section, enter other figures from the Month to Date column boxes. What columns are they talking about? It goes on to say...then, add, subtract, subtotal and total. If posted amounts are all correct the total accts receivable figures in the a/r Control and a/r Proof boxes will match indicating that the daily journal (daysheet) is balanced. I don't know how to get the first number in the accounts rec. Proof box which asks for accts rec 1st of month. Help asap...please. easy 10 pts for quickest correct response.

youre right W&M and uva are the best, but also very difficult academically. If you want a perfect balance, i'd say go for miami. I happen to know someone there who basically described it as EXACTLY that! and by exercise science do you mean physical therapy? I cant really say how their exercise science specifically is there, but i know they have AMAZING science programs in general so i'm sure its good. The athletics are also really great - and theres beautiful weather basically all the time so its perfect! Academically its not too intense but still well respected and definitely for above average students (in the range of your gpa). Good luck :)

Should I keep skateboarding?

I love skating, but I've been doing it for around 5 years, and I still can't kickflip or heelflip, or do any flip tricks for that matter. I can't do any grinds, except for maybe really short backside 5-0s on ramps. I know I shouldn't worry about how good I am, and I don't. How do I delete Win32k.sys?

win32k.sys is under control panel, then system, you can go to start then search to find it too,and when I try do delete it, it says that the access is denied, and to make sure the disk isn't full or write protected, and/or to make sure that it isn't in use, and I can only get on my laptop once a month because when I start it up it goes directly to a black screen then words in white start to appear on the screen, and when it does work I have to hold F8 down until the reboot page pops up, then I get on and try to delete wink32.sys, then it starts to shut down automatically, It goes to a blue screen and that says that there was a installation and to uninstall something, and that the problem it on win32k.sys! I think it is very doable. I would plan on spending an afternoon in Barnes and Noble looking for some books with similar themes. Take a notebook. You can mark down the ISBN number of the books and then go to Ingram's automated line and see how many book they have sold. It would be a good way for you to kind of get a feel on how a publisher would view your book -- publishers are looking for books that they can expect to sell in large numbers. I think it is a very nice idea, but I am not sure how marketable it is. Ingram's numbers would tell you that. Pax - C

I noticed an irritating itch around my Labia Minor & Labia Major a few days after i got my period...so i scratched it i couldnt help myself...so i went to the doctor for a PAP an she told me evrything looked fine..so my mom suggested Vagisil cream along with the vagisil cream i started to douche with a medicated iodine made for itching an irritation which i was having..after about 7 days of using that it started to calm down so i discontinued the use of the douche...remind u i am currently ually active...but i always use condoms...anywho about a week ago the itch came back...after the itch & me trying to resist to not scratch i gave in & scratched the itch and started the use of vagisil and caladryl lotion it helped for a while but still itched which resolved into a minor burning sensation i got fed up today and shaved all the pubic hair off thinkin that caused the itch cleaned myself really good and patted Peroxide down there it really burned...now im noticin that my Labia Minor & Major are very swollen so i put more vagisil on it, it calmed it down but...is this normal? We have just recently done a chemistry lab in which we react various aqueous solutions together to see if a precipitate forms. One of these was the reaction between sodium hydroxide and barium chloride, which resulted in a white precipitate. However, I was under the impression that both sodium chloride and barium hydroxide were soluble. Is this possible, or was there contamination involved? If it is possible, what is the precipitate?

How do I put on weight?

I am 28 yrs old, 5'5ft height, weight 46kg. I eat 3 meals a day and try to have a snack in between meals (often fruit, sometimes crisps / biscuits). Breakfast is usually a bowl of cereal (eg. bran, muesli, weetabix), lunch (sandwich), dinner (meat and vegetables). I have been trying to gain weight for ages. The most I've weighed is 49kg. What are good snacks to help weight gain (should they be high calorie snacks?)?? I spend my day running after 2 toddlers so need easy 'on-the-go' snacks. I work for this company for 10 years. Last November while pregnant was out for 2 weeks because I had bronchitis. I give birth the end of January 2011 via c-section. Two and 1/2 months later I had return to work because I kept getting calls about how I needed to return to work as soon as possible because my FMLA time was about to run out. May 15 2011. I was injured while I was at work; my back went out on me while I was helping a client to bring into his room his laundry bag up the stairs. Ambulance was called and I had to be taken to the E.R because I could not walk and was in a lot of pain. I was set to return to work 6/5/11. In the mean time I had given my doctors notes to the manager from the hospital and another doctor’s note from physical therapy. What had happened with my back is that a ligament in my lower back had shifted according to PT. On May 22nd I had to make another trip to the E.R because again I was in excruciating pain, and was given a doctor’s note to return to work 5/29/11. I started going to PT 5/24/11. Unfortunately I got into a car accident on 5/31/11. I and my first son 3yr old were injured. I call my former manager the next day after the accident and explained to her that I was in a car accident, and originally I was scheduled to start work June5th but I won’t be able to and that I have a doctor’s note from the E.R which I fax to her on June 2nd, explaining that I would need to be out for a few days. During the conversation, I could hear the frustration in the manager's voice and I felt she didn't believe that I was in a car accident. She then just told me, well ok I will let human resources know, feel better, then we hang up the phone. June 4th 2011, one day before I was supposedly scheduled to start work, I got a letter from the company stating that I am now removed from my full time position due to my own serious health condition and that as of June 6th 2011 my position was no longer available to me. No one contacted me nor even gave me a chance to argue or to even save my position. The note continued on to say that I would be place in a relief position {relief means, I would be contacted for work when needed}. June 6th 2011 I called Human resources of that company wanted to speak to the director who is in charge of hiring and firing people, would not even speak to me and had redirected my calls to the director of benefits and compensation. I scheduled an appointment the next day with the director of benefits. During the meeting I ask her who's decision was it to removed me from my position, she told me, when she spoke to my manager she was under the impression that I told the manager I was not coming back to work indefinitely, I responded to her, I never told the manager such thing. I then went on to ask her will I be able to get unemployment she responded "No". And that I am still employed but as a relief employee. I then went on to say to her, relief is not going to pay my bill and after 10 years of my services, working all crazy hours almost all holidays working for them trying to help them out when they are short of staff, could I be treated in such manners. She told me well “get a doctors letter giving the dates you are able to return to work and we will activate you on the relief list. I simply told her ok, and then I exited the room. Originally I had an appointment to see my PCP on June 8th 2011. I was given a not to return to work June 12th 2011, I purposely never sent that letter to them because at that point to me it didn't matter anymore they had "fire me" from my position, and that started June 6th my position was not available to me. When I spoke to a former co-worker of mine, He told me they had already given my position to another employee that was working there. I file for Unemployment anyways, I recently got a call back from unemployment telling me they are refusing to pay unemployment because I “Voluntarily quit", It's not true, these people made the umption I was in poor health, and not given any chance FIRED ME. With all that being said my question to you is with all information given will I be able to file a law suit against that company? How am I going to let unemployment see and understand my side of this story. I am desperate for answers here.
